Author Reading: Ann M. Martin in conversation with WBEZ's Greta Johnsen 7:00pm
For this free event, WBEZ's Greta Johnsen will interview beloved author Ann M. Martin about her Young Adult novel Rain Reign, new in paperback!
Rain Reign introduces readers to Rose Howard, who has OCD, Asperger's syndrome, and an obsession with homonyms. Practically inseparable, Rose and Rain are often left home alone, as Rose's father spends most evenings at a bar. Just as a storm hits town, Rain goes missing. Now Rose has to find her dog, even if it means leaving her routines and safe places to search.
Ann M. Martin is the New York Times bestselling author of Rain Reign and many other books for children including Ten Rules for Living with My Sister, Ten Good and Bad Things About My Life, Everything for a Dog, and the Missy Piggle-Wiggle series. She won a Newbery Honor Award for A Corner of the Universe, and is the author of the beloved Baby-sitters Club series. She lives in upstate New York.
Please note: Ann will only sign and personalize two books per customer.
