Cumming to get Chicago film fest's OUTrageous award

FROM A PRESS RELEASE
The 46th Chicago International Film Festival's OUTrageous program ( nine feature films ) is honoring actor Alan Cumming Monday, Oct. 18, just before a screening of The Tempest, in which he stars with Helen Mirren, according to a press release.
The out Cumming, 45, has been in such films as Titus, Cabaret, Eyes Wide Shut and X2, and TV projects such as Tin Man and The L Word. He currently co-stars on TV's The Good Wife.
Also, the Black Perspectives program ( seven feature films ) is honoring Forest Whitaker, the Cinema of the Americas program ( 15 feature films ) is honoring Guillermo del Toro and the ReelWomen program ( 20 feature films ) is honoring Paula Wagner. |
