2019-04-17

Thousands of emails and other communications revealed that Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx was involved in the Jussie Smollett case—even after she recused herself, The Chicago Tribune reported.

Foxx recently penned an op-ed in the Tribune in which she wrote her office was uncertain of a conviction, although she offered no specifics.
