'Pride Day' at NU Feb. 21
Northwestern University's men's basketball team will host "Pride Day" on Saturday, Feb. 21.
At its home in Evanston's Welsh-Ryan Arena, Northwestern will face off against Penn State at 2 p.m.

Big East women's tourney March 7-10
The Big East women's basketball tournament will return to Allstate Arena in suburban Chicago for a second consecutive year.
The 2015 tournament will take place at the 18,500-seat professional arena March 7-10 in Rosemont, Illinois, with all nine games slated to be played at Allstate.
The conference held its women's basketball tournament at Allstate Arena for the first time in March 2014, with quarterfinal, semifinal and final games played in Rosemont following first-round contests at DePaul University's McGrath-Phillips Arena.
The first round will feature two games on March 7, with times yet to be determined. Quarterfinals will follow on March 8, starting at noon and continuing at 2:30, 6 and 8:30 p.m. A bid to the title game will be on the line in the semifinals at 5:30 and 8 p.m. on March 9. The championship game will be March 10 at 7 p.m.
Schools in the conference include Butler, Creighton, DePaul, Georgetown, Marquette, Providence, St. John's, Seton Hall, Villanova and Xavier.

SCOTCH bowling registration open
Registration is now open for the 2015 Second City Open Tournament Chicago ( SCOTCH ), which welcomes dozens of LGBTQ bowlers to Chicago to compete for fun and prizes. The second annual event will be held March 7-8 at the 40-lane Waveland Bowl, 3700 N. Western Ave.
Last year's inaugural tournament drew nearly 130 bowlers ( including nearly two dozen women ) from the Chicago area and 12 other states.
The SCOTCH early-bird registration fee is $99 until Feb. 7, after which the fee increases to $109. Feb. 21 is the final day to register.
