Bob Dylan ( performing with Mavis Staples ), Diana Ross, Tony Bennett, Paul Simon, Bryan Ferry, Seal, Patti LaBelle, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, the Alice Cooper/Joe Perry/Johnny Depp supergroup Hollywood Vampires, and Duran Duran and Chic ( led by Nile Rodgers ) are among the acts slated to perform at Ravinia this summer.

Ailey troupe in town through March 13

The Auditorium Theatre's annual Chicago presentation of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will take place through March 13.

Segments on the program include "Awakening," Robert Battle's first world premiere since becoming artistic director; Ronald K. Brown's world premiere, "Open Door"; Rennie Harris' "Exodus"; Paul Taylor's "Piazzolla Caldera," set in a smoky tango club; Robert Battle's "No Longer Silent"; three productions Alvin Ailey created himself—"Cry," "Love Songs" and "Blues Suite"; and "Revelations."

Ticket prices start at $33 and can be purchased online at AuditoriumTheatre.org, by phone at 312-341-2300 or in person at the Auditorium Theatre box office, 50 E. Congress Pkwy.
