Nov. 1, 2015 marks Unabridged Bookstore's 35th year in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. Owner Ed Devereux and the entire staff at Unabridged invite friends of the store and bibliophiles everywhere to celebrate this momentous occasion at the Unabridged 35th Anniversary Party on Saturday, December 12, 2015. The literary festivities will include themed refreshments, a store-wide 10% discount, raffles, a special look back at 35 years of bookselling and general bookish revelry. The party will start at 6 pm. Book lovers of all ages are welcome.
