Longtime Chicago lesbian activist and historian Melvyna Gaynor is seeking survey respondents for her new history project.

She would like people to answer the questions below to help us compile data essential to producing a video documentary on the Black LGBT community in Chicago from 1970 til today.

How many organizations/ social clubs serviced the needs of the black LGBT community in Chicago prior to 1970? Names:
