Among the others in the cast are Stephen Moyer and Tony winners Audra McDonald, Laura Benanti and Christian Borle.

The DVD also includes the NBC special "The Making of The Sound of Music Live!," giving fans an inside look.

The movie's official website is www.nbc.com/sound-of-music.

Mark Ortega Entertainment and Paula Sinclaire will present "Happy Holi-GAYS and Straights"—a show featuring holiday music and comedy—at M7 Nightclub ( inside Circuit, 3641 N. Halsted St. ) on Friday, Dec. 13, at 9 p.m.

Along with Ortega and Sinclaire, entertainers will include comedian Carmela Nudo as well as 2013 Windy City Gay Idol Finalists Timothy Willy, Jonathan Smallwood and James Gavin. The night will also feature singer Britney Warren and pianist Peter Storms.
