CHICAGO Tickets for the semifinal round of the 2016 WNBA Playoffs presented by Verizon are on sale now. The winning teams in the second round single-elimination games advance to the semifinals which will feature a five-game series beginning on Wednesday, September 28 at the home court of either top-seeded Minnesota or second-seeded Los Angeles, who previously earned a bye to this round. Games 3 and 4 will take place at Allstate Arena on October 2 and October 4 ( if needed ).
The WNBA Finals Champion will also be determined in a best-of-five series. The first two games are played at the home of the top seed, followed by two games ( Game 4 if needed ) at the home of the lower seed. If the teams are tied at the end of four games, the fifth and final game is played at the home of the top seed.
