You are the most important person in the world. You are loved, loveable and beloved. Anything you want in this lifetime is your's just for the asking. You are filled with all of the knowledge that you need ... all you have to do is tap into it. I want nothing for you except complete trust and understanding that YOU are all that you will ever need; anything or anyone else is additional.
Your purpose here in this lifetime is to learn how to be happy. Whatever you have done up to this current moment you were meant to do; you needed to do in order for your spirit to have that experience. Nothing you did was ever right or wrong ... it was your choice at that time. Now that you have had that experience, you know what the consequences are and I'm sure, for those consequences that were unfavorable, you will not do it again. You are forgiven, for there is really nothing to forgive.
Life is actually just a big Universal University where we attend different classes to bring into our consciousness those experiences we need in order to elevate our spirits. The people that come into our lives are professors, teachers, teachers' assistants and sometimes substitute teachers that have made a soul agreement with us before our arrival to serve in those capacities.
When you find yourself in a situation that you consider to be negative ... see the person as a class; look for the lesson in it; there is always a lesson. If you allow yourself to step into that quiet knowing that you are a perfect and whole being EXACTLY as you are today, then those lessons will be just that ... LESSONS. If I were to leave you with one important thing it would be ... you are a Goddess/God in your own right. Never forget that.
Now some of you may think that I have swallowed too many 'happy pills,' but I want you to think about something for a minute. How often do you hear such positive and life-affirming things being said? Better yet, how often do you hear positive and life-affirming things being said to you? How many times have you actually said positive and life-affirming things to other people? Not very often, I guarantee you.
We are so conditioned to negativity. We wake up with it. Go to bed with it. Dream about it. Allow it to consume our daily conversations/thoughts. We give power to it and we keep it alive. Negativity has somehow replaced God/Spirit in our lives. We claim to be spiritual people/religious people, yet we can't seem to allow our faith and trust in a power greater than our personality selves gain control over 'Monkey mind.' Wait, did you catch that; a power greater than our personality selves. That would imply that there is a power greater than our minds residing right here within us. Contemplate THAT for a while.
It takes great courage to go inside of ourselves and bring to the forefront those things that have kept us hostage for so long. It's terrifying to bring up things that are so near and dear to our hearts ... our neatly wrapped boxes of pain ... with another person, especially our loved ones, because we don't want to appear to be any different. In our minds, due to the negativity that we 'worship,' we feel that if we are honest about who and what we are on the inside that that will make us unlovable; undesirable; completely vulnerable; and that to us is FAR WORSE than the torment that we go through on the inside trying to keep those things neatly tucked away.
Well, let me leave you with this positive life-affirming information ... you are 100% perfect just the way you are. Everything that you have experienced up until now was what your spirit decided was right at the time. If you look back on your life and find things that you consider to be undesirable, love that part of you completely. Embrace it as a necessary part of your journey and take away the power that the internal judge has over you. Love yourself enough to know that you are worthy of love; you are loveable; you are love and you are the beloved.
In case you don't hear it often enough, or in case you feel that no one else does, I love you just the way you are.
Unconditional love of self is this month's theme; learn to love yourselves unconditionally.

Helping the World
In response to the food crisis in Niger caused by a combination of a poor agricultural season in 2004, severe drought, and a massive locust invasion, Rainbow World Fund ( RWF ) is launching a Niger Relief Campaign.
Background: 3.6 million people are at risk of starvation, 800,000 of them children. Hundreds of thousands of Niger's children are showing signs of severe malnutrition. Niger was struggling prior to the current crisis and the United Nations ranks Niger as the second poorest country in the world, with many people living on less than $100 a year. The already fragile economy is at risk of collapsing. Many businesses and schools have already closed. The country's livestock have also been devastated. In order to survive, many farmers have been forced to eat next year's seed stock, adding to the spiraling crisis.
Response: Rainbow World Fund is partnered with Africare to help Niger. Africare is the oldest and largest African-American based humanitarian aid organization. Africare was established 35 years ago in response to the 1970 Sahelian drought in Niger. 'This unique partnership is bringing the LGBT and African-American communities together in a powerful way to help heal the world,' said Rainbow World Fund founder Jeff Cotter.
Since 2000 Rainbow World Fund's mission has been to promote LGBT philanthropy in the area of world humanitarian relief. RWF provides a united voice, a large visible presence, and a structure to deliver LGBT charitable assistance to the larger world community. RWF is based in San Francisco and is a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) nonprofit.
