( San Francisco, CA ) —Out & Equal Workplace Advocates is thrilled to announce Erin Uritus, longtime executive with experience in corporate, non-profit and government sectors, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the world's premier nonprofit dedicated to achieving global LGBTQ workplace equality.
Board Chair and Comcast Senior Vice President Michael Cox said, "Erin joins Out & Equal with unparalleled domestic and international experience as an executive in the corporate, government and nonprofit sectors — a critically important combination to us at Out & Equal. Erin began her tenure as the leader of the world's largest LGBTQ professional organization on January 15th. Along with over 60% of Out & Equal's partners including the federal government who the organization works closely with, she will be based in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Out & Equal, Erin was a senior leader at consulting leader Booz Allen and the education powerhouse nonprofit International School Services ( ISS ).
