Northalsted's Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 31.

The parade will begin at Belmont and move up Halsted to Addison and will be followed by a costume contest at Halsted and Roscoe. Contest prizes in four categories: Theme, Group, Drag and Scariest.
