"Whether you are an elder or are caring for a parent, loved one, spouse or friend, you are bound to face transitions and may benefit from others going through similar situations. The Center offers the Elders in Transition support group to meet those needs," says Center Executive Director Colleen Carpenter.
Have you recently ended a relationship? Taken on the care of an elderly partner or parent? Are you leaving a long-time home? Big life disruptions and transitions are never easy, and they can pose even more challenges when they happen later in our lives. Join us for a semi-monthly support group to discuss how to navigate change - even the changes we say we want! Beginning Wednesday, February 26 at 5:30; Every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays thereafter.
