Sherrie Gearheart, the founder of Live Out Loud Charity ( LOLC ), is hosting a fashion show to raise funds for suicide prevention and anti-bullying. International and Chicago based fashion designers will showcase their collections on stage at one of Chicago's premier venues; the Palmer House. Models of all demographics will be represented: child, teen, adult, plus sized, all ethnicities, and body types. "Our models are real people affected by suicide, depression, bullying, and low self-esteem. Each person that walks our runway is empowered by our training and the incredible experiences they gain at LOLC events. Live out Loud Charity is a major support system for individuals needing a positive outlet to rebuild their confidence," states founder Sherrie Gearheart.

Spokespersons at the event will educate the audience on the signs of depression, the steps for suicide intervention, and the resources available for those in need. Funds raised from the benefit will aid in the organization's 2018 Core Character Development campaign in schools across the United States. Media, community members, and school officials are invited to attend the benefit. Tickets are available online through eventbrite.
