LGBT Immigration Forum Set at Center

A town hall to discuss issues and concerns regarding LGBT immigrants will take place Thurs., Dec. 13, at Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted, 6-8 p.m.

Topics slated to be discussed include asylum and citizenship; bi-national couples; HIV and AIDS status; and community resources, social services, support groups or social activities.

This town hall will give an overview of the law, provide resources and present the diversity of faces that exist within the LGBT immigrant populations.
