Justice Theis holds reception in Lakeview

A cocktail reception for Illinois Supreme Court Justice Mary Jane Theis took place Feb. 13 at Kanela Cafe in Lakeview.

Theis has served at every level of the judiciary in Illinois, including 17 years on the state Appellate Court. In 2010, she was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Illinois Supreme Court when Chief Justice Thomas R. Fitzgerald retired.
