Cynthia L. ( Cindy ) Pagurski joined the Lombard office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage this past December after a successful career in office management. She also has long had a passion for some furry, four-legged friends.
She is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area, and her work emphasis now is on the client experience, she said.
Her passion truly is dogs. In fact, Pagurski is an AKC-licensed judge and a breeder since 1996 of Boston terriers. Naturally Pagurski is the right realtor for those relocating with pets.
"It's all about the client and building a relationship of trust," she said. "That trust begins with listening. Listening is the key to understanding and vital to satisfying the unique requirements of each respective client."
Pagurski tagged Lombard as "a nice suburb with all the suburban appeal … and still close to Chicago."
Pagurski said the real estate market "is on the upswing." She added that, with mortgage prices still affordable, "the American dream of home ownership is a reality for many people."
"Cindy is an enthusiastic and positive agent with great attention to detail," said Peggy Kozak, managing broker at the suburban location. "She is a great addition to our Lombard team of realtors."
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operates 52 offices with more than 3,300 sales associates.
"My career path led me to administrative positions until 2012," she said. "The self-reliance and flexibility of real estate seemed like a perfect fit."
