Brothers OUTLive will celebrate the life and legacy of the late gay civil-rights activist Bayard Rustin at Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted St., 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Hoover-Leppen Theatre.
The event will take place during Black History Monthand two days following National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. There will be music, poetry and performance art by artists such as Marshall Titus, Nhojj, Tim'm West, keithromell, and Ra Perre' Shelton.
