Nick Jonas talked with Extra about the Met Gala and the possibility of a Camp Rock sequel. Regarding the latter, he joked, "Obviously, I hate working with Demi and Joe and Kevin, so it's going to be really tough. There's a lot of talk about this. The first two were beloved by the fans, who are now kind of millennial adults." Also, Jonas' show Kingdom—about the lives of MMA fighters—is back for its final season; on the show, Jonas' character is slowly coming out to others about his sexuality.

Darren Criss ( Glee ) recently made jaws drop with a nude Instagram photo, Page Six noted. The actor—who's currently shooting American Crime Story: Versace, in which he plays spree killer Andrew Cunanan—took to social media to show off his sunburn. "So what's more red? My sunburn, my speedo, or your face??? #ACSVersace," he asked his 1.7 million followers. Criss' tiny red Speedo barely covered his crotch, and his chest and abdominal "V" left his commenters with plenty to say.

The season-two finale of the CW show Supergirl ended with Alex Danvers proposing to her girlfriend, police detective Maggie Sawyer—but it looks like that romance will end, as Floriana Lima ( who plays Sawyer ) is leaving the show, according to NewNowNext.com . Producer Andrew Kreisberg said in a statement. "Although she's not available to us as a series regular next season … we're happy she'll be returning for multiple episodes in Season 3." Lima is known for the private aspects of her real life as well, as she's dating Oscar-winning actor Casey Affleck, The Daily Mail noted.

On a recent episode of her talk show, Wendy Williams paid a tearful tribute to a 29-year-old Wendy Williams Show fan, Martyn Hett, who was killed in the deadly attack in Manchester, E! News noted. Williams left an empty seat in her audience for Hett, who was supposed to appear in the audience that very week. Williams said of Hett, "He saved for two years to have a fabulous time in New York and come to our show. He called it a 'trip of a lifetime' on his social media and he was really popular on Twitter and he had his own pop culture website and he's remembered as a man who loved life—like all my people—with passion, courage and laughter."

Netflix has canceled Sense8 after two seasons, The Hollywood Reporter noted. Netflix's Cindy Holland said the gender- and genre-bending show was "everything we and the fans dreamed it would be: bold, emotional, stunning, kickass and outright unforgettable. ... We thank Lana, Lilly, Joe and Grant for their vision and the entire cast and crew for their craftsmanship and commitment." Other Netflix series to be canceled include Marco Polo, Lilyhammer, Hemlock Grove, Bloodline and A&E pickup Longmire.

Jean-Claude LaMarre—the executive producer of the Vivica A. Fox-hosted show Vivica's Black Magic—has filed a lawsuit accusing Fox of libel, slander and contract interference, Page Six noted. The show ran into trouble when Fox, in a promotional interview, seemed to indicate that it was not intended for gay men; the incident caused a bitter split between them, and the two then launched rival touring shows based on the TV series—with Fox allegedly launching some words about LaMarre's show. Lifetime has no plans to bring the TV show back for a second season.

Anderson Cooper celebrated his 50th birthday on June 3, and to commemorate the occasion, he posted a photo from 25 years ago, AOL noted. The '90s snapshot shows a then-dark haired Cooper sitting cross-legged in a front yard, playing with grass as other friends hang nearby. In a related matter, NJ.com reported that Cooper discussed now-former New Year's Eve co-host Kathy Grifin at an event. He said that he didn't feel that Griffin's career should be destroyed over her recent controversial photo depicting a likeness of President Trump's severed head; however, he had initially noted how appalled he was of the picture.

The 62nd annual Drama Desk Awards took place June 4, Playbill noted. The Town Hall ceremony, hosted by Michael Urie, honored productions, performers, designers and more of Broadway, off-Broadway and off-off-Broadway. A few of the winners included the productions Come from Away, Oslo and Hello, Dolly! as well as actors and actresses such as Danny DeVito, Bette Midler, Laura Linney, Kevin Kline, Ruben Santiago-Hudson and Gavin Creel.

A collaboration has happened between the NBA and WNBA, GLSEN and retail partner Fanatics where fans can choose from an exclusive line of Pride T-shirts featuring any NBA or WNBA team logo, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting GLSEN, a press release noted. The collection is live now on NBAStore.com and WNBAStore.com . Also, for the second year in a row, the NBA, WNBA and NBA Development League will march together and have a float in the New York City Pride March on June 25.

Olivia Newton-John is postponing her June U.S. and Canadian concert tour dates, a press release noted. The back pain that initially caused her to postpone the first half of her concert tour, has turned out to be breast cancer that has metastasized to the sacrum. In addition to natural wellness therapies, Newton-John will complete a short course of photon radiation therapy, and is said to be confident she will be back later in the year to celebrate her shows.

Gloria Estefan's musical On Your Feet is ending its run on Broadway on Aug 20, Page Six noted. However, the musical, which follows the life of Estefan and her husband Emilio, will launch a national tour. Beginning September 22 in Buffalo, New York, the production will travel around the nation making stops in Miami, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.

The Gay and Lesbian Entertainment Critics Association ( GALECA.org )—composed of more than 180 professional film and TV journalists across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom—announced its seven-member board of directors for 2017 to 2019, a press release noted. Diane Anderson-Minshall, editorial director of The Advocate as well as editor-in-chief of Plus magazine, was named GALECA's president. Other leaders include John Esther ( vice president ), Sarah Toce ( director of women's outreach ), Mike Cidoni Lennox ( secretary ), Don Simpson ( treasurer ), Steve Pride ( membership director ) and Dan Allen ( outreach director ). Outgoing president John Griffiths will remain executive director.

Celebrating its 35th anniversary, Outfest announced the complete programming lineup for the 2017 Outfest Los Angeles LGBT Film Festival presented by HBO, which will take place July 6-16, a press release noted. The festival will open at with Samuel Goldwyn Films' God's Own Country and close with Freak Show, Trudie Styler's feature directorial debut starring Abigail Breslin, AnnaSophia Robb, Laverne Cox, and Bette Midler. Other films include KEVYN AUCOIN Beauty & the Beast in Me as well as Behind the Curtain: Todrick Hall.

Shawn Balentine, who says he's Hollywood's first out stuntman, announced plans to release a five-minute video tribute to the victims of 2016's Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooting, a press release noted. After nearly a year of preparation, the video will be released online June 9. Produced by Neal Baer, the tribute video will edit together video clips from 17 groups of professional stunt performers and athletes from around the world who volunteered their time.

Singer-actress Brandy was rushed to the hospital from LAX airport after falling unconscious on her Delta flight, Page Six reported. "The flight crew of Delta flight 763 from LAX to New York's JFK International Airport returned to the gate, prior to departure, after a customer fell ill on board," a spokesman for Delta Air Lines told us in a statement. "Medical personnel met the flight and transported the customer to a local hospital. Flight 763 departed for New York roughly 45 minutes behind schedule."

Actor Alan Cumming is worried about a former co-star—a chimpanzee named Tonka—and he's asking a Missouri facility housing the animal to move Tonka and other chimps to an accredited sanctuary, Page Six noted. In a letter to the Missouri Primate Foundation, Cumming said he believed Tonka ( Cumming's co-star in the 1997 movie Buddy ) was sent to a California sanctuary after filming but recently learned the chimp was at the nonprofit's facility in Festus, south of St. Louis. Cumming alleged Tonka is housed in a cage without "meaningful outdoor access" or the ability to form relationships with other chimps.

Amazon Studios has acquired Linda And Monica, the Black List script by Flint Wainess that details the budding friendship between D.C. pals Linda Tripp and Monica Lewinsky that imploded when it led to the revelation of the relationship between the White House intern and President Bill Clinton, according to Deadline. The film will be produced by Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch, the Escape Artists trio that produced the Best Picture nominated Fences and the upcoming sequel to The Equalizer.

Rihanna silenced critics on Instagram with a cheeky meme following a body shaming piece from Barstool Sports' Chris "Spags" Spagnuolo days prior, Page Six noted. "If you can't handle me at my 2007 Gucci Mane, you don't deserve me at my 2017 Gucci Mane," the image read with a split image of the rapper at different sizes. In late May, Spagnuolo penned a post entitled "Is Rihanna Going to Make Being Fat the Hot New Trend?" He has been suspended.

Actress Chloe Grace Moretz is not happy about the marketing for her upcoming animated film, Red Shoes & the 7 Dwarfs, People.com noted. The actress, who voices the main character, released a series of tweets following the public backlash of the billboard for the newest retelling of the Snow White classic—which depicted the tall, thin heroine next to a shorter, heavier version and was accused of being derogatory and fat-shaming. "I am just as appalled and angry as everyone else, this wasn't approved by me or my team," Moretz wrote. "I am sorry for the offense that was beyond my creative control."

Recently, Sofia Coppola picked up the best director prize at the Cannes Film Festival—becoming only the second female director to do so in the event's 70-year history, CNN noted. The last woman director to win was Yuliya Solntseva, a Russian director who earned the award for her 1961 drama Chronicle of Flaming Years. Coppola was honored for directing her film The Beguiled, a thriller starring Nicole Kidman as a woman who runs a Southern girls' boarding school during the Civil War.

Talking with Access Hollywood, Tom Cruise revealed the title of the recently announced Top Gun sequel—Top Gun: Maverick, EW.com noted. One title he vetoed from the start? Top Gun 2. "I didn't want a number," he said. "You don't need a number." Cruise teased the film in the interview, saying, "Aviators are back, the need for speed. We're going to have big, fast machines. It's going to be a competition film, like the first one … but a progression for Maverick."

Juno Temple ( Vinyl; The Dark Knight Rises ) and Janelle Monae ( Hidden Figures; Moonlight ) are set for lead roles in an episode of Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams sci-fi anthology series, according to Deadline. The show, based on short stories by the award-winning novelist, was commissioned by Channel 4, who will air the series later this year in the United Kingdom. It will launch on Amazon Prime in the United States.

The hacker who followed through on a threat to post unaired episodes of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black now is threatening ABC, according to Deadline. Hacker the Dark Overlord tweeted that the network is in his or her cross-hairs. The hacker or hacking group, in April, claimed to have episodes of series from ABC, CBS, IFC, Fox, NatGeo and others. The Dark Overlord posted the "Orange" episodes in April when Netflix refused to pay a ransom.

Actress and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra caused outrage on social media after posting selfies at Berlin's Holocaust memorial that she later deleted, The Daily Mail noted. The Berlin site, titled "Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe," features 2,711 stone slabs that represent the gravestones of the 6 million Jews murdered and buried in mass graves during Adolf Hitler's reign. The Quantico actress was in Germany promoting Baywatch when the incident occurred, during a trip where she was also slammed by conservative traditionalists for exposing her legs when she met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

WGN America is officially out of the high-end original scripted series business, Deadline noted. As expected, the cable network cancelled acclaimed drama Underground after two seasons. It follows the recent cancellation of fellow drama Outsiders as WGN America is changing its programming course, while its parent Tribune is preparing for its acquisition by Sinclair.
