Bruno Mars has opened up about what it was like working with Adele on their hit "All I Ask"—and he says she's a total diva ( in a good way ), US Weekly noted. On the radio show Cubby and Carolina in the Morning, Mars said, "She walks into the studio, she's got all this attitude, she's a diva, she's like, 'I don't want to do this. I don't like that' And then as soon as we hit a couple chords that she liked, we started rolling, and that's where we got that song from." However, it seems he meant "diva" in the best possible way, because in the same breath he branded their experience "incredible" and described a jaw-dropping moment in the studio.

GLSEN, in partnership with longtime supporter Julia Roberts, called on fans to celebrate her birthday on Oct. 28 by donating $49 in honor of her 49th birthday, a press release noted. Roberts initially made the request during her Visionary Award presentation to People and Entertainment Weekly Editorial Director Jess Cagle at the GLSEN Respect Awards: Los Angeles on Oct. 21. On an appearance on Access Hollywood, Younger co-star Nico Tortorella talked about being sexually fluid, Queerty noted. The actor said, in part, "I'm not trying to redefine sexuality or humanity or say that my answer is right and yours is wrong. I'm just happy with who I am. I am driven by love and I have been in love with a handful of different people, men and women." He also said that women are more difficult to date than men.

Logo announced that RuPaul's Drag Race season-six winner and fan favorite Bianca Del Rio will star in Not Today Bianca, two original half-hour comedy specials that follow the drag queen as she takes on Hollywood, a press release noted. Debuting this December, the specials will co-star RuPaul, Kristen Johnston, Tori Spelling, Marissa Jaret Winkour, Michelle Visage, Ross Mathews, Charo and others. Viewers will get to relive the season that saw del Rio snatch the crown with RuPaul's Drag Race: Season 6 RuVealed, premiering Thursday, Nov. 3, on Logo.

After weeks of playing coy, Kristen Stewart and St. Vincent finally made their official public debut as a couple, Celebuzz noted. The duo posed together as they walked the line at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Stewart and St. Vincent first sparked dating rumors earlier this month when they were spotted picking up some sushi and taking a stroll through NYC.

Amber Rose opened up even more about her sexual past during a chat with fellow openly bisexual star Margaret Cho, Page Six noted. "The women that I like are real masculine … So I like a really butch girl," Cho, 47, told Rose on Play.it's Loveline with Amber Rose podcast. Rose, 32, revealed, "I used to date a trans man, actually. So I find that hot as well." Cho replied, "I like transmen. I've dated trans men and trans women, too. So right now, there is a lot of different people on my [Pinterest] board and you can't really make any sort of sense of type. And then I like a dirty, old man."

Openly gay professional boxer Orlando Cruz will fight for the World Boxing Organization lightweight championship Nov. 26 against current champion Terry Flanagan, according to Outsports. It's been a long journey for Cruz, who came out publicly as a gay man several years ago. He is also married to his husband, Juan Manuel Colon. Cruz is the first publicly out gay man to earn a shot at a WBO title.

The highly acclaimed movie Moonlight—about a gay Black youth during three phases of his life—made more than $900,000 over the weekend in just 36 theaters ( averaging more than $30,000 per venue ), Deadline noted. The film debuted the previous week with the highest per theater average of the year, with $103,685 in four locations. Moonlight will continue to expand into the top 25 markets next weekend.

NBC says the actress-singer Jennifer Lopez will headline its 2017 live holiday musical, Page Six noted. She will play Rosie, the role originated on Broadway in 1960 by Chita Rivera. Tony Award-winning Harvey Fierstein will write the script. Bye Bye Birdie Live! airs a year from now as the next in NBC's annual live-musical tradition.

Herb Hamsher, the manager of actress Judith Light ( Transparent ), died of cancer at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, ThePrideLA.com reported. Light finished her last performance in her Broadway show All The Ways I Love You! and flew home to be by Hamsher's side with his husband, Jonathan Stoller; her husband, actor/writer Robert Desiderio; and two of Hamsher's young mentees. Among other things, Hamsher was especially invested in The Point Foundation, a scholarship program for LGBT youth with scholastic aptitude but no money to go to college.

Michael Moore has hit out at anti-LGBT conservatives in an appearance on The View, according to PinkNews. The left-wing documentary-maker, who recently released new film Michael Moore in Trumpland, spoke about the election. In part, Moore said, "What I would say to the people who are against abortion is, if you are against it, don't have one. If you are against gay marriage, don't get gay-married. You won't like it. It's not for you. But live and let live. ... We agree on so many things, and the few things we disagree on, let's just agree to disagree."

Actor Sean Hayes is now a proud gay man, but he has a few regrets about his coming out process—namely, taking so long to address his sexuality in the first place, The Huffington Post reported. The Will & Grace star was honored with the Trailblazer Award at Outfest's 2016 Legacy Awards in Los Angeles. In his speech, Hayes thanked the Outfest team for the award while offering a somewhat humbling recollection of his time spent in the public eye while still in the closet. At one point, he said, "Unfortunately, in my mind, my lucky break was inextricably tied to me thinking that I had to stay in the closet in order to keep moving forward. Looking back at my choice to stay silent, I am ashamed and embarrassed. What was I thinking?"

Film director Baz Luhrmann ( The Great Gatsby; Australia ) answered a phone call while presenting at the Fashion Group International's Night of Stars gala at Cipiriani Wall Street, Page Six noted. Luhrmann ( who told the caller he'd "call back" ) later joked that it was from Costume Institute curator Andrew Bolton—whom Luhrmann and wife Catherine Martin were honoring with the Lord & Taylor Fashion Oracle Award—telling him to speed up his speech. Riccardo Tisci received the award; honors also went to Tommy and Dee Hilfiger, Tory Burch, -Erdem Moralioglu, Pat Cleveland and Joe Zee.

The Will & Grace election-themed reunion mini-episode made waves with its surprising reveal last month, triggering talk of a possible real reunion, Deadline noted. While nothing is set, conversations have been ongoing about a new season of the Emmy-winning comedy series, which aired from 1998-2006 on NBC.

On Watch What Happens Live, singer Michael Buble recalled that famed momager Kris Jenner, in 2011, came after him after he made a joke about Kim Kardashian, Page Six noted. He said, "I was on stage and I made a joke and it was just kind of after the tape, the Ray J thing, and I said, 'Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the stage, Miss Kim Kardashian. ... No, I'm just messing with you: That bitch is never coming on my stage.'" As innocent as Buble's comments may have been, Jenner didn't find them funny and confronted him. However, she gave him a chance to explain himself.

Toni Morrison received a lifetime achievement award Thursday night from the PEN American Center, a ceremony of music and words that ended with a special treat from the guest of honor: an excerpt from a novel in progress, Page Six noted. Hundreds gathered Oct. 27 at the New School auditorium in Manhattan as the Nobel winner received a prize named for a previous laureate, the $25,000 PEN/Saul Bellow Award. Performances included music from mezzo-soprano Alicia Hall Moran and her husband, composer-pianist Jason Moran, along with readings by actors Adepero Oduye ( Pariah ) and Delroy Lindo.

Raven-Symone, who announced she will be leaving The View, is staying in the Disney family with a That's So Raven sequel for the Disney Channel, Deadline noted. She is relocating from New York, where The View is taped, back to Los Angeles to work on the family sitcom, which is beginning preliminary casting. Raven will reprise her title role of Raven Baxter in the offshoot, which she also will executive-produce. On the new show, Raven is a divorced mother to two pre-teen kids ( a son and daughter ), one of whom has inherited her ability to catch glimpses of the future.

London's smash West End production The Bodyguard—The Musical makes its way to the U.S. with the forthcoming release of its hit-filled cast album, coinciding with a new countrywide tour, a press release noted. The Bodyguard—The Musical ( World Premiere Cast Recording ) will be released Nov. 18 from First Night Records/R.E.D., and features the vocals of Alexandra Burke, a previous star of the London cast production and winner of the fifth season of the British television series The X-Factor.

Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Porsha Williams' ex-husband, Kordell Stewart, has been trailed by gay rumors for nearly 20 years. And now, in his new memoir, Truth, the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback is finally coming clean about his past sex life, Radar Online noted. "A Pittsburgh cop had supposedly arrested me in Schenley Park for performing lewd acts with a transvestite," Stewart, 44, writes. "The rumor was so absurd it was almost funny." The NFL alum credits God and the Bible with leading him through the rumor-filled period. After their nasty divorce, Williams, 35, claimed her ex-husband was never sexually attracted to her on a 2013 episode of "Atlanta."

Former Glee star Mark Salling ( who played Puck ) will not be charged with rape after the woman accusing him took action too late after not taking action for four years, Page Six reported. The woman claimed she met Salling—who was indicted on child-pornography charges earlier this year stemming from his December 2015 arrest—at a hotel bar in 2012 and that he forced her to have sex with him.

Lady Gaga reacted strongly when asked about comparisons to Madonna, Out magazine noted. Talking with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, she said, "Madonna and I are very different. ... And I don't mean to disrespect Madonna. She's a nice lady, and she's had a fantastic huge career. ... I play a lot of instruments. I write all my own music. I spend hours and hours a day in the studio. I'm a producer. I'm a writer. What I do is different. I'm not just rehearsing over and over again to put on a show." Madonna then wrote several social-media posts that seemed to allude to the interview, such as "Ink is the blood of literature. Remember when people used to write?" Spirit Day—the annual day of symbolic action for the LGBT community and its allies that involves wearing purple in a symbolic stance against the bullying of queer youth—took place Oct. 20, and several stars spoke out on behalf of it, The Huffington Post noted. Major stars, including Lady Gaga ( #Joanne ), Troye Sivan, Elvis Duran and Andy Grammer, all recorded special messages for LGBT kids.

Artist Moby recently returned with his 13th studio album, These Systems Are Failing, EW.com noted. After casually noting that he "doesn't ever want to tour again," Moby elaborated on how he views his career. "If I don't have to do tautological, repetitive touring, why not just excuse myself?," he asked. "When I stay home I can read books and I can write books and I can work on music and I can go hiking and I can sleep in my own bed and I can see friends and I can run my weird little restaurant. All these things are so much more interesting to me than doing the same tour that I've done forever."

Actor Val Kilmer is battling cancer—and "things don't look good for him," says actor and former co-star Michael Douglas, according to Page Six. He made the revelation while discussing their 1996 film The Ghost in the Darkness at a Q&A in London on Sunday, according to the Sun. "Val was a wonderful guy who is dealing with exactly what I had, and things don't look too good for him," said Douglas, who battled tongue cancer in 2010.

Hugh Jackman sang to birthday boy Zac Efron in a video posted on Twitter, Just Jared noted. The pair star in the upcoming movie The Greatest Showman on Earth, and presumably enjoyed some birthday celebrations on set with the crew. Efron turned 29 years old on Oct. 18. "Better late than never!! @ZacEfron happy birthday mate," Hugh captioned the video.

The man who was so obsessed with model Gigi Hadid that he forced her to put her Soho apartment on the market was committed to a psychiatric facility by a Manhattan judge, Page Six noted. Marcell Porter was busted on stalking and burglary charges on June 29 for trying to break into the model's Bowery pad at least five times in a seven-day period. He also sent Hadid a series of Facebook messages, court papers say. "I LOVE U. I KNOW EVERYTHING NOW," he allegedly typed. "WAIT FOR ME SOULMATE."

The homeless man who allegedly attacked a security guard after hopping the fence at supermodel Miranda Kerr's Malibu mansion earlier this month has been charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and mayhem, US Weekly noted, citing TMZ. Shaun Haywood jumped the fence at Kerr's Malibu home and attacked her security guard, stabbing him in the eye. The guard then shot Haywood multiple times. ( Kerr was not home at the time. )

Swedish pop group ABBA is reuniting after 34 years to collaborate with British music impresario Simon Fuller on a still-to-be-specified project that is expected to surface in 2018, The L.A. Times noted. The quartet consisting of Agnetha Faltskog, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad—the first letter of each member's given name creating the group's acronym—will come together again for a project described by the participants as a "groundbreaking venture that will utilize the very latest in digital and virtual reality technology." For more than three decades ABBA had steadfastly turned down any and all reunion offers, even declining to perform upon their 2010 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Actor Idris Elba ( Luther ) won his debut kickboxing bout at London's York Hall, according to a Page Six item that cites TheWrap. Elba has spent much of 2016 training to get in the ring while shooting the three-part documentary, Idris Elba: Fighter. The series, produced by the Discovery Channel, will debut early next year.

Mariah Carey and her billionaire fiance, James Packer, have split, with him reportedly dumping her, according to US Weekly. The Australian businessman, 49, allegedly dumped the pop superstar after they had a falling out over her upcoming reality show, Mariah's World, and her over-the-top spending habits, Woman's Day noted. Amid the news of a possible split, Carey canceled her upcoming South American tour dates, citing the reason as promoter negligence.

The upcoming The Good Wife followup series has cast CSI veteran Paul Guilfoyle and Tony-winning actress Bernadette Peters as recurring, Deadline reported. The Good Wife spinoff series will pick up one year after the events of The Good Wife series finale on CBS. An enormous financial scam has destroyed the reputation of a young lawyer, Maia ( Rose Leslie ), while simultaneously wiping out her mentor Diane Lockhart's ( Christine Baranski ) savings. The Recording Industry Association of America ( RIAA ) has certified several Kenny G albums diamond ( 10 million units sold ), multi-platinum, platinum ( 1 million units sold ) and gold ( 500,000 units sold ). The saxophonist has also racked up 75 million total worldwide album sales. In January 2015, Kenny G reached another career milestone with the release of his 14th studio album, Brazilian Nights, via Concord Records.

Shortly after Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was destroyed Oct. 26, it was being repaired—and the group that administers the Hollywood Walk of Fame said the vandal will be prosecuted "to the full extent of the law," Deadline reported. The star is at 6801 Hollywood Blvd. In California, being found guilty on such a charge can result in up to three years in jail and a fine of $10,000 or more if the damage is more than $400. The suspect, James Otis, later said he's prepared to go to jail, if necessary.

Rihanna back-up dancer Shirlene Quigley was found alive and safe, the North Bergen Police Department wrote on its Facebook Page, TheWrap noted. On Oct. 24, Rihanna issued an emotional plea for help in finding Quigley, who has been missing since boarding a bus at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City the previous day. Quigley, 32, has also performed with Beyonce, Missy Elliott and Jamie Foxx.
