For those who missed the Feb. 20 deadline to register by mail, early voting and registration will available through March 19 for the March 20 primary.
Those who need to register or update their registration on Election Day must register at their home precinct for ballots to count. A voter who needs to register, or file a change of address, or file a change of name during early voting/registration needs to show two forms of ID, one of which shows the voter's current address.
However, through March 4, early voting and registration in Chicago can only take place at 16 W. Adams St., the Loop Super Site. The hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. through Saturday, March 3, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sunday, March 4.
On March 5-19, early voting and registration will take place at 51 locations around the city.
