Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has announced Fisk & Co., an American mussel-and-beer bar inspired by Belgian bistros. Fulton Market restaurant Honey's closed its doors following a chef change in December and scaled-back hours in early January, Eater Chicago noted. The spot, which opened in 2016, had such people as Kanye West's creative director, Virgil Abloh, and pastry chef Kyleen Atonson, who just won a Jean Banchet Award this month.
