Poised to open doors this summer, Revival Food Hall, 125 S. Clark St., announced a second collaboration to its lineup of Chicago owned and operated partnersthis time with Michelin-star Chef Shin Thompson's fast-casual, Tokyo-style ramen shop, Furious Spoon. Furious Spoon's Revival Food Hall menu will feature four different types of ramen: vegetable, Shoyu and miso ramen as well as the shop's namesake, Furious Ramen ( a spicy miso based bowl ); other dishes include rice bowls, house-made gyoza, beef brisket, Japanese spring rolls and takoyaki.
