The Chicago Culinary Museum inducted Graham Elliot (seen on Fox's MasterChef) and Jacquy Pfeiffer (co-founder of the city's French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College at City Colleges of Chicago) into its hall of fame Sept. 19. Elliot has opened the restaurants Graham Elliot and Grahamwich (a sandwich shop) in Chicago. Pfeiffer is the first pastry chef to be inducted into the hall.
French-themed Bistronomic, 840 N. Wabash Ave., will feature a three-course Thanksgiving Day prix fixe menu Thursday, Nov., 22, 12-9 p.m. Bistronomic's menu options include traditional Thanksgiving items, vegetarian varieties and Parisian specialties for $46.
