Fulton Market Kitchen, 311 N. Sangamon St., has introduced its late-night burger as an off-menu option for diners in West Loop. Chef Chris Curren's $16 burger contains two grilled Slagel Family Farm beef patties with American cheese, sauteed red onion, bread-and-butter pickles and secret sauce in brioche buns. Late night-goers can also enjoy Fulton Market Kitchen's $6 bottles of Three Floyd's Zombie Dust to accompany their burgers, for a limited time. The burger is available after 10 p.m., and Fulton Market Kitchen's kitchen is open until 11 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and until 12 a.m. on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Bistro Campagne, 4518 N. Lincoln Ave., announced the appointment of Adam Grandt as its newest executive chef. Grandt comes from his latest position as executive chef at Chop Shop and replaces Chef Luke Creagan.
