DIFFA's 'Dining by Design' Nov. 3-5 at the Mart

The Chicago chapter of DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) is hosting "Dining By Design" Nov. 3-5 at Merchandise Mart, 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, eighth floor.

On Nov. 3, there is "Cocktails By Design," 5:30-8:30 p.m. Attendees will indulge in libations and culinary items while viewing installations. Tickets are $100 each.

"Table Hop & Taste"—on Nov. 5, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.—will have people sipping wines paired with tastes from approximately 20 of Chicago's top restaurants (including Naha, RL, Waffles, Prosecco and Coco Pazzo). Tickets are $30 online, $40 at the door.

The gala dinner concludes things Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. There will be a cocktail reception and silent auction; the seated dinner is by Phil Stefani Signature Events.
