Ald. Deb Mell recently introduced a resolution in the City Council honoring the 30th anniversary of Windy City Times ( WCT ). The resolution was read into the record Nov. 18 at the Chicago City Council. Several aldermen spoke in favor of the resolution, including Tom Tunney, James Cappleman, Pat Dowell and Carlos Ramirez-Rosa.
