Chefs and the City to benefit Heartland Health Outreach

CHICAGO—Savor the flavor of a great cause! Heartland Alliance and Heartland Health Outreach, Inc. ( HHO ) are delighted to announce the return of its annual Chefs and the City tasting event at the fabulous Montgomery Club ( 500 W Superior ) on Thursday, June 2 from 6:30 P.M. until 9:30 P.M. Featuring delicious bites ranging from fine dining to gastropubs, foodies from all corners of the city will love this real taste of Chicago.

Last year's event featured mouth-watering delicacies, such as Peruvian seafood fare like Jesus Delgado's Tiradito Chalaco ( Tanta ), the one-of-a-kind Short Rib Bone Marrow Burger from Ryan Pitts ( RL Restaurant ), fresh Italian salads like Chris Pandel's Panzanella Primavera

Attendees can take a chance in the Premier and Grand raffles to win an array of fabulous prizes, including a trip to New York City!

Night owls will rejoice, because the party doesn't have to end at 9:30PM. Each ticket purchase includes access to an exclusive After Party at Bull & Bear ( 431 N Wells ) from 9:30PM — 11:00PM to enjoy a cocktail and a more intimate social atmosphere. A $20 donation at the door is encouraged.

Proceeds from Chefs and the City and the After Party will support Heartland Health Outreach's HIV/AIDS services, providing medical care and food and nutrition to homeless and low-income Chicagoans.

Major event sponsors include CS Magazine, Bombay Sapphire, Ariel Investments, DineAmic, Fortune Fish & Gourmet and Samatas Premium.
