On Coming Out Day, speakers from Chicago's Black Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer lives community will share the diversity of their lives.
Throughout history Black LGBTQ and same gender loving people have been faced with adversity, but continue to live, thrive, and love. The stories show Black excellence at its finest from revealing same gender desire to discovering true gender to finding maternal support.
Oct. 11 recognizes the strength it takes to live in our society.
