( CHICAGO, IL; January 19, 2016 ): In the largest wedding celebration in the history of the hotel and the building that houses it dating back to 1893, the Chicago Athletic Association hotel ( 12 S. Michigan Ave. ) is proud to announce A Love Supreme, an inclusive, joyous celebration of marriage and unity, taking place in Stagg Court on Sunday, April 9. With a portion of the proceeds benefiting Howard Brown Health, A Love Supreme seeks to unify the many circles of the city's community, forging connections and strengthening ties with one another with the underlying message that in Chicago, love always wins! By celebrating love together in a shared space, A Love Supreme invites all versions of love to be married collectively, en mass to honor the advances made as a community and nation.

A nuptial affair put on in collaboration with local Chicago partners Slo 'Mo, Rose Photo, Marquette Avenue Events, Artistic Blooms, and LEAP Weddings, A Love Supreme invites LGBTQ couples to exchange their vows in a nontraditional, shared ceremony with the love of 15 partner couples for a reduced and all-inclusive wedding rate of $4,680 per couple. People of all genders and sexualities are invited to wed the loves of their lives in celebration of the beautiful variety of expressions that form our LGBTQ community.

All featured event spaces are wheelchair accessible, and the bathrooms used will be gender neutral facilities. The language used in materials as well as remarks, including that given by the wedding officiant, fondly regarded LGBTQ community leader and Chicago personality Kristen Kaza, will be mindful of all genders and sexualities.

For all couples opting into this celebration of love, A Love Supreme offers the following in each package:

PRE-CEREMONY:

o Junior Suite for Saturday afternoon check-in and Monday morning departure

o Invitation of up to 20 guests per couple

CEREMONY OFFICIANT AND RECEPTION ENTERTAINMENT COURTESY OF SLO 'MO: "Slo 'Mo: Slow Jams for Homos ( and their fans )" is Chicago's party for lovers with Kristen Kaza and Audio Jack. Its residency at the Whistler in Logan Square takes place the third Thursday of the month with special Satellite Slo 'Mo programs throughout the city. Slo 'Mo is a party that unites people of all identities, bodies and expressions through the celebration of slow jams and community. The five-year running series is winner of several Best LGBTQ Dance Party awards from Chicago Reader, Time Out Chicago, Chicago Magazine, Chicagoist and others.

PRE-CEREMONY: Couples will have an opportunity to meet prominent LGBTQ community leader and Chicago personalityKristen Kaza to become acquainted with the warm, effusive, and joyful communication style she is widely known for, so to know what to expect and look forward to at the ceremony.

CEREMONY: Slo 'Mo creator & host, Kristen Kaza presides over the 15-couple ceremony as officiant.

RECEPTION: Slo 'Mo's resident DJ Audio Jack will guide the reception in the spirit of their widely-acclaimed dance parties, featuring R&B, jazz, and funk from the 70s to today; music that gets everyone out of their seat on the dance floor!

LEAP Weddings consists of a bunch of cool folks who love what they do. Their priority during the wedding day is to honor the experience of the couple and to showcase that through their films.

- LEAP Weddings will provide 4 shooters to capture the day and deliver three videos including: the ceremony, reception, and a docu-style film reflecting this unique experience.

CHARITY PARTNER: HOWARD BROWN HEALTH: The Chicago Athletic Association hotel is committed to supporting the LGBTQ community throughout Chicago.
