Payton anti-bullying event in Des Plaines on March 12

Jarrett Payton, son of Chicago Bears running back Walter Payton, and Camille Paddock, a 15-year-old who was bullied almost to the point of ending her life, will appear together at "Bullied No More" at Maine West High School, 1755 S. Wolf Rd., Des Plaines, on Wed., March 12, 7-9 p.m.

MaineStay Youth & Family Services, a division of Maine Township, is sponsoring the free event.
