 LCCP's Garden of EVE a Maze of Delights |
On Saturday, May 16, the Lesbian Community Care Project ( formerly the Lesbian Community Cancer Project ) moved its annual fundraiser—billed for many years as the Coming Out Against Cancer Ball—from the South Shore Cultural Center to the Garfield Park Conservatory, 300 N. Central Park. The new location inspired this year's theme and name: “The Garden of Eve.”
The event co-chairs were Dalila Fridi, Kat Fitzgerald, Melissa Mansfield, and Tamara Allen. In this video Director, Cat Jefcoat talks to QueerTVNetwork about her role and the mission of LCCP.
