ESTROJAM festival for the arts (see www.estrojam.org) hosts a tribute to Dolly Parton Thursday, March 25 at Martyr's, 3855 N. Lincoln.
Special guests include Anna Ferman, Amy Matheny (of Windy City Radio), Anne Harris on fiddle, Andrea Bunch with Aerin Tedesco, Stolie, Lexie Bloor and Jay Vanesco. Wear your Dolly costumes because they are having a contest for the best Dolly look alike ... and the winner gets $100.

During the Dolly Tribute they will also be auctioning off designer underwear made by Chicago artists including: Pussy Galore, Dyke Diva, Kathleen O'brien, Tanja Deshida, Amy Miller, Laura King and Sue of Lickity Split, Nomy Lamm, Jen Mercer, Misty Winter, Rachel Thorne Germond, Searah Deysach, KJ Mohr, Ali MacDonald, Yoni Snackhole, B-Bob and Nadine Lollino. |
