Gerber/Hart Library, working with Friends of the Arts, New Town Writers, and others has begun plans for a Spectacular Spectacular in September at Gerber/Hart Library Gallery, 1127 W. Granville. The groups ask for the help of the GLBT community and others to mount an exhibit about the Belmont Rocks.
