Nurses Health Education About LGBTQ Elders
8:00am - 5:00pm

All-day workshop covers six key content areas: Module 1: An Introduction to the LGBTQ Elder Community Module 2: Barriers to Health Care and Health Disparities Module 3: Sex and Sexuality of LGBTQ Elders Module 4: Legal Concerns for LGBTQ Elders Module 5: Introduction to Transgender Elders Module 6: HIV & Aging Register for the Workshop Registration is $60. Health professionals will receive 6 continuing education units, one for each module attended. Arrangements can also be made to provide CE for social workers. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
